Interesting Quick Read It was good. Being from Vermont myself, I didnt much care for the descriptions in the first books. Must be how other people feel when their state is described! This book was much more intriguing than the first and I'm looking forward to reading the third and final installment!Great for any mystery fan. I was nervous about this book, both because I'm not a Young Adult, and because it's book two out of a three book trilogy of a mystery, a genre that doesn't typically have trilogies.Neither turned out to be a negative, and I'd say that the trilogy format has allowed the author to innovate in the way she sets up and resolves mysteries. Some were resolved in the first book, some first book mysteries were resolved in the second book, some new mysteries were set up, and some overarching mysteries were deepened.After book one I thought I had a handle on where things would end up, but book two was more interesting, more intricate, and more challenging than I expected.It was a great, compelling read. I think any mystery fan should read those books ASAP. There's no reason to wait or to read all three together. They're completely great reads even when read one at a time.Hard to put down This may be classified a YA novel, but I found it most entertaining. It was funny, serious, and suspenseful. Can't wait for the next volume.
